Marc and Kristine Militello were teachers by trade but became leaders by choice. Kristine quit her full-time job as a high school English teacher to start a business and be a stay-at-home mom. Though she tried many businesses, none were successful. Marc, a master degreed sixth grade teacher who loved working with the kids and coaching golf, wanted nothing to do with his wife’s “business of the month club ventures”. It was after five years of trying all kinds of business “ideas” that Kristine came to a TEAM meeting. On the verge of giving up her dream of being a stay-at-home mom, she saw that night that the TEAM had figured out a way for her to win. Marc wasn’t so excited. Though sinking in debt, he just didn’t think TEAM was the way out. However, It didn’t take long for Marc to realize this wasn’t just another thing coming through town, and he began to see it for the business it was. Marc was able to take the products and the system and apply it to his full time teaching and coaching careers. By doing so, he earned himself a teacher of the year nomination, and back to back state championships in 2004-5. And ultimately, he was named Michigan’s Division 2 State Golf Coach of the Year. Today, because they were willing to step out and try one more time, Marc and Kristine are both home full-time with their four children pursuing their dreams together and truly living their priorities. This couple is thrilled to be out of six figures in debt, are so thankful to see how their marriage and family have been strengthened, and proud to represent the TEAM/LIFE products and system. They have achieved Triple 100 with TEAM and are Senior Coordinator’s in LIFE. To them, there isn’t a better business on earth. The Team and LIFE truly give people hope and a chance to change their lives.
