Roger was working as a real estate broker; his awards included Listing Agent of the Year, Listing Broker of the Year, and Top Salesman in closed escrows 2 years in a row-personally closing 103 deals in one year. He owned the 2nd largest real estate company in Placer County and one thing he knew for sure was that factors controlled him that he had no control over. He was also acutely aware that he was only as good as his next deal. Laura was extremely busy, she owned a massage therapy and natural health counseling business as a single mom of three. Only after attending meetings and seminars did she realize how undesirable her situation was. She wanted to be the leader she needed to be but didn’t have a system that could teach her how. Roger and Laura saw a way to have hope and direction and with Team’s leadership principles they have drastically improved the quality of their life. Today, Roger and Laura continue to be driven by the desire to be a part of the vision for Team and to spend time with the leaders. They are passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and helping others reach their goals and dreams in life. Roger and Laura love to work together in order to serve their team.
